Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you. All information provided during registration must be truthful, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information if any changes occur. kptoto reserves the right to verify the accuracy of information provided and to request supporting documentation, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.
kptoto accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or refunded.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically Rp 25,000 for e-wallets and Rp 50,000 for bank transfers. Deposits via supported Indonesian banks and e-wallets are typically processed instantly. All transactions on kptoto are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you make a deposit in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees and exchange rates. kptoto does not control or receive any portion of such fees.
You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions and limitations:
kptoto processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Most withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved within 30 minutes during peak hours and up to 2 hours during off-peak periods. Withdrawals requested outside of banking hours or on weekends and public holidays may experience longer processing times due to bank operating schedules.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification procedures.
